This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff Christopher Izzo against defendant L. Walter Zera in the sum of $35,000 based upon the verdict of a jury. The action was instituted by plaintiff for personal injuries and a counterclaim was filed by defendant for personal injuries as a result of the accident.
