Richard Payne, by Virginia Payne, his mother, as next friend, and Virginia Payne, individually, brought this action against Bruce C. Kingsley for damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of the negligence of the defendant. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Virginia Payne, as next friend of her minor son, in the sum of $9,500 for injuries sustained by him, and in favor of Virginia Payne, individually...
