This is a civil action brought by plaintiff Tollcott L. Chamberlain against Wesley Haanpaa, Oiva Niemi, and Waino Juntunen for personal injuries sustained while loading a large bull into a truck. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff against defendant Haanpaa; defendant Haanpaa appeals.
