This is an action seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff, Mrs. Lavinia A. Ritter, as the result of a three car motor vehicle collision. The suit was instituted by Mrs. Ritter and her husband against Sidney A. McGhee, and his insurer, American Indemnity Company of Galveston, Texas, and Ludric J. Doucet. The accident occurred on October 9, 1954 in the City of Baton Rouge near the intersection of Scenic Highway and Choctaw...
