Schubert, for a violation of The Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania in the Court of Quarter Sessions of Beaver County. He was charged with violation of Section (a) of the Act of May 1, 1929, P.L. 905, Art. IX, § 903, as amended, 75 PS § 453, which makes it unlawful...
