Defendant property owner has taken this appeal from a judgment of expropriation in favor of plaintiff, alleging dual error on the part of the trial court in awarding inadequate compensation for the land actually taken by the expropriating authority, and failing to allow severance damages for the reputed diminution in value of appellant's remaining property.
