This and the companion case entitled Cortez v. Donner et al., La.App., 172 So.2d 127 were consolidated for trial and were disposed of by the Lower Court as follows:

"The plaintiffs filed these suits for personal injuries received in an automobile accident that occurred on or about November 25, 1958 on U. S. Highway 90, approximately five miles west of the Huey Long Bridge across the Mississippi River....
