This is an action for personal injuries and property damage allegedly sustained by plaintiff as a result of a collision between plaintiff's 1957 Chevrolet automobile and a 1961 Mack tractor and trailer operated by defendant Benny Frank McElyer, agent and employee of Warwick Laboratories, Inc. Defendant Paul Goodman, owner of the subject tractor and trailer, had leased the vehicle to Warwick Laboratories at the time of the accident;
