This is an action to recover the sum of $57,500 which the plaintiff gave to the defendants in connection with the purchase of real estate in Springfield, Illinois, and the building of a motel thereon. The amended complaint contains four counts. Counts I and II are based on the common law and Counts III and IV are based on the Illinois Securities Law of 1953 and on the Federal Securities Act of 1933 respectively...
