This is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Lawrence County modifying a custody award under a divorce decree and changing the custody of a minor child from appellant to appellee. On July 25, 1961, appellant was granted a divorce from appellee upon the ground of gross neglect of duty.
