The appellant, Paul Wesbecker, defendant below, was indicted by the grand jury of Anne Arundel County on June 25, 1964 in four Counts as follows: Count 1, for forging a check dated January 1, 1964 for $432.50 signed by Joseph L. Lentz to the order of Paul Wesbecker, and drawn on the Girard Trust Corn Exchange Bank, Philadelphia and suburbs, with a notation "final payment on siding work" and endorsed "For deposit only...
