These proceedings belong to a series of petitions and motions for a new trial filed by the plaintiff since his conviction by a jury of the offenses of aggravated assault, kidnapping and robbery was affirmed by this court on December 3, 1963. State v. White, 105 N.H. 159.

In May 1964, the plaintiff filed a petition for certiorari in the United States Supreme Court, which was denied on October 12, 1964...
