This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to quash an order of the superior court in a cause entitled "Henry Moretti vs. David N. Jones, Alias," Law No. 172564. The petition alleges that such order violates the petitioner's rights under the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, 50 USCA App. § 521.
