This appeal arises from a verdict by a jury and judgment thereon in favor of the defendant, appellee herein, in a wrongful death action. Plaintiff's decedent was driving a large truck loaded with eggs and was proceeding south on a state route. The defendant was driving a state highway truck and was proceeding north.
