CALLISTER, Justice.

An action by landlords, the Wights, against their former tenants, the Callaghans, for unpaid rent, items removed from the leased premises and damages thereto. The lower court, sitting without a jury, found in favor of the plaintiffs in nearly all particulars of their claims and awarded them a judgment against the defendants in the amount of $2,402.07, plus $568.64 for attorney fees and $65.50 costs.
