This appeal comes from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the Circuit Court of Cook County on October 9, 1963, which verdict found for the defendant, Paul A. Cozzi and against the plaintiff.

This action was brought by Thomas Campagna on behalf of his minor son, Nicholas, for damages resulting from injuries sustained when the child fell from the back porch of a building owned by the defendant Cozzi...
