This is an appeal from a judgment entered for the defendants in the Superior Court, Pinal County, after the trial court granted defendants' motion to dismiss the plaintiffs' complaint for failure to state a claim. Plaintiffs, husband and wife, instituted a lawsuit for the purpose of quieting their title to a parcel of realty and to enjoin the issuance of a tax deed to the State of Arizona for said parcel.
