RUDMAN, Justice.

This is an action of tort in which the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her through the alleged negligence of the defendant. The verdict was for plaintiff in the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars. The defendant brings the case here on appeal on points stated and on appeal from the denial of a motion for a new trial.
