This case comes to us complete with motion pictures, still pictures, claims of written and oral leases, hospital records, numerous receipts pertaining to the operation of a service station, expert medical testimony, and appeals by both parties from rulings and judgments of the trial court. Upon the trial, and after denial of the defendant's motion for a peremptory verdict, the jury returned its verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $81,342.00...
