This suit was instituted by Roy Urk appearing in his own behalf and as administrator of the estates of his three minor children, Edith Sue Urk, David Urk and Raymond Urk, aged from nine to twelve years, for the recovery of damages resulting from the death of Dorothy Russell Urk, the wife of Roy Urk and mother of the minor children.
