Summarily stated, the complaint alleges these facts: Defendants are husband and wife. They own and occupy a home in Atlanta, Georgia. Plaintiff is the mother of feme defendant. Plaintiff, her husband and another daughter of plaintiff were invited to spend Christmas 1963 at defendants' home.
