This is a concursus proceeding instituted by plaintiffs, processors of liquid hydrocarbons produced from the Cadeville Sand of the Cotton Valley formation in a field which extends over portions of Lincoln, Ouachita and Jackson Parishes. Under order granted by the court, petitioners were permitted to deposit in the Registry of the Court the sum of money accrued from and credited to production for the month of December, 1963, and to continue the deposit...
