This action was brought by the Secretary of Labor to enjoin defendants from violating the provisions of Section 15 [a] [2] and 15 [a] [5] of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, [29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.], hereinafter referred to as the Act. Section 15 [a] [2] declares unlawful a violation of the minimum wage or overtime provisions of the Act, [29 U.S.C.A. §§ 206 and 207], and Section 15 [a] [5] declares unlawful a violation...
