HEFFERNAN, J.

Eskra was arrested in the early morning hours of July 11, 1964, by the police of the village of Monona. An automobile was discovered with a number of TV sets and radios plainly visible within it. The officer checked a nearby TV store and found evidences of a break-in. A search of the vicinity revealed the defendant, who was immediately arrested. Later in the day, a warrant to search his car was issued. Eskra was brought before the magistrate on the afternoon...
