Plaintiffs are the adminstratrix and heirs of Isidore Winkleman, deceased. Defendant corporation was the owner of a mill town, saw mill, and equipment at Bradwood on the lower Columbia River. Defendant terminated the operation of its mill in January 1963 and put its entire assets at Bradwood up for sale.
