GARFIELD, Chief Justice.

This is a law action by the administrators of the estate of Mary Strang, deceased, to recover for her death resulting from an automobile collision allegedly caused by defendant's negligence. At the conclusion of plaintiffs' evidence the trial court directed a verdict for defendant on the ground of failure of proof of his actionable negligence. From judgment on the directed verdict plaintiffs have appealed.
