McFARLAND, Justice:

This is a writ of certiorari to review an award of The Industrial Commission of Arizona, hereinafter called the Commission, denying death benefits to the widow and minor child of Lloyd Russell, deceased.

Decedent, fifty-seven years of age at the time of his death, was an employee of the Weber Drilling Company, working in the capacity of a water well driller. There was testimony of an injury from an accident some two weeks before decedent...
