. . . The reason or purpose for the filing of this account is the death of Alice K. Leinau on August 15, 1964. She was a life tenant, and the granddaughter of testator. This event now requires distribution of one half of the principal of the trust, and a problem has arisen concerning the determination of the proper recipients.

Testator died in 1901, and by paragraph 10 of his will gave one half of the income of this trust...
