The petition in this case consists of two counts. Count I is an action for damages for breach of contract. Count II is an action for reformation of the deed given by plaintiff to defendant on the basis of mistake. Trial court held the contract should be reformed and dismissed plaintiff's case. Plaintiff appeals.
