This matter has been heard de novo upon allowance of appeal from the verdict and judgment of an alderman. The prosecutor, Marlin Helmick, filed an information charging Charles E. Murphey and Hazel Murphey, husband and wife, with violation of the Act of June 24, 1939, P. L. 872, sec. 934, 18 PS § 4934.
