Action under Minn.St. 573.021 for the wrongful death of Rosalind Staloch brought by Nora A. Staloch as trustee for decedent's heirs, against Carol M. Belsaas and Roy Belsaas, her father; and against Greyhound Corporation and Arthur Heiman, its employee. On November 8, 1959, Rosalind, then 16 years of age, met death on Highway No. 14 near Eyota as a result of being struck by an automobile owned by Roy Belsaas...
