Defendant, Kay Jarrett, by informations filed in the Municipal Court of Chicago, (prior to the effective date of the Judicial Article) was charged with the offenses of soliciting for prostitution (Ill Rev Stats 1963, c 38, § 11-15(2)), and pandering (Ill Rev Stats 1963, c 38, § 11-16(2)). She was found guilty in a trial before the court on both charges and sentenced to the county jail for a term...
