This is an appeal from a final decree of divorce in favor of the husband, dated October 29, 1963.* A motion to set the decree aside was filed November 27, 1963, and later overruled.

When appellee filed his bill on the ground of cruelty, he alleged that he "is a bona fide resident citizen of the State of Alabama and has been for the length of time required by law, residing in Birmingham, Alabama." He testified...
