PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of escape from the men's reformatory in violation of section 745.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to the men's reformatory for an indeterminate term not to exceed five years, to commence from the expiration of the sentence he was serving at the time he escaped. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript...
