PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by information with the crime of illegally securing beer, being a minor, in violation of section 124.20, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried by the court, found guilty and, as provided by section 124.37, fined $25. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
