James McRae and codefendant Warnell Waters were convicted by a jury of the crime of grand larceny, and on March 24, 1965, the Court of Common Pleas entered judgment thereon and sentenced McRae to the Ohio Penitentiary. This appeal by McRae is from that judgment. The value of property stolen was fixed by the jury at $125.
