This is an action at law to recover under an aircraft insurance policy issued by defendant Insurance Company of North America, a corporation, to plaintiff Aeroline Flight Service, Inc., a corporation.

In 1959 plaintiff, from its office at Quad City Airport, Moline, Illinois, operated a sales, service and rental service for both new and used aircraft.
