This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Lake County allowing a motion to dismiss a complaint filed by Plaintiff Beth Scofield to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract by Defendant Behm and for alleged interference with said contract by Defendants Sikes and Kidera. Defendant Behm had filed a motion for summary judgment which the trial court allowed. A notice of appeal had been filed from said decision but the record on appeal...
