PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny of property valued in excess of $20.00 in violation of section 709.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the penitentiary at Fort Madison, as authorized by section 709.2. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
