This litigation arose from a motor vehicle accident which occurred January 4, 1952, near Oxford, N. C., and in which John Anthony Aul, his wife, and two minor children were fatally injured. Plaintiff is the mother of John Anthony Aul, and was appointed administratrix of her son's estate by the Register of Wills of Allegheny County on July 28, 1952. Suit was filed by praecipe at April term, 1953, no. 35, and the complaint was filed...
