In this action the plaintiff alleged that the defendant employed him, for a fee of $2,000, to prepare its tax returns for the years 1960 and 1961 and to obtain a tax refund for the year 1955; and thereafter the Federal Government made assessments against the defendant for taxes due for past years, and the plaintiff represented the defendant with respect to these assessments in addition to performing the services for which the defendant originally employed...
