This is an action to quiet the title to a section of land in Marshall county, known as the Drennan Ranch. The trial court adjudged the plaintiff, Harold H. Stump, and one of the defendants, John D. Finley, each to be the owner of an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the ranch, and quieted their titles accordingly. Stump and Finley, both, are appellees in this court and will be referred to, individually...
