This is an appeal from an action for the appointment of a guardian instituted in the trial court by appellee, Flossie L. Clark, who petitioned the court to appoint a guardian for appellant, Samantha B. Cooperider. The trial court, by default judgment, appointed J. Gordon Gibbs as guardian for Mrs. Cooperider.
