PER CURIAM.

The State's evidence shows the following facts: About 10:15 p. m. on 14 November 1964 a State highway patrolman, who was driving a patrol automobile north on Highway #17, saw ahead of him an automobile parked half on the shoulder and half on the pavement of the highway.
