The facts, as related by the defendants, appellees herein, are apparently undisputed. It appears therefrom that on or about October 6, 1961, Schuyler Champ, the plaintiff, appellant herein, was an employee of General Motors Corporation, Frigidaire Division, in Montgomery County.
