Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of breaking and entering with intent to commit a public offense, to wit, larceny, as defined by section 708.8, Code, 1962. Defendant discharged an attorney he engaged to represent him and at his request the court appointed two different attorneys of his choice who, successively, represented him.
