Kloss, deceased, filed an amended petition for the determination of the title to $6,400 in cash found in a safe deposit box leased by decedent and the respondent, Marie Riley, as joint tenants. The trial court found that the funds belonged solely to the decedent and ordered that they be delivered to the executrix...
