This is an in rem proceeding by the owner of a 1959 Trojan pleasure boat to limit any liability arising from an occurrence on Lake Lanier wherein Patricia Stephens, when operating a boat belonging to petitioner, struck and killed David Stewart who was swimming in the lake.
