This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County. Plaintiff, appellant herein, sought a foreclosure of a mechanic's lien on the premises of the defendant, Dorothy McDonald, appellee herein, which it obtained as a result of the furnishing of materials and labor for the remodeling of the kitchen of defendant's home.
