This is a malpractice action. The complaint alleged, in substance, that the defendant, a physician, treated the named plaintiff, hereinafter called the plaintiff, from June 11 to December 31, 1958, for a condition which he negligently diagnosed as a normal pregnancy; that, if he had used proper methods of examination and treatment, he would have discovered that she was in fact suffering from an abnormal condition...
